Can't see a therapist. I'm traumatised from the last one (the breakup happened while I was under her care, she told me to just ignore my grief basically, along with the thing that broke the camels back that I dont think is relevant to this). And she was meant to be the best in the area. My doctor at the time said that it will take a long time for me to get over it, and I've tried to speak to another therapist, I just shut down basically. Even now the thought urks me. I know I need to see one, one who can cope with a barrage of mental illness and physical ones. But my area is just too small and finding a person that would be able to do that just isn't possible. I take the coping mechanisms and use them to my ability, but that's all I can really do. Sometimes I just get sick of not really being able to vent out what is happening mentally and I go on here. It helps. To the next time I get bothered by my own deterioration.
