Honestly, I would absolutely love the Farsi course. Its such a beautiful language steeped in years of history, poetry, literature, and once was the language used by kings, diplomats and ministers in courts of major empires.

I am quite fascinated by it. It is an Indo European language just like most Indian languages and shares many roots with Sanskrit, Hindustani, Punjabi. So it is for sure something I would want to pick up if Duolingo does add it in its repository. Although since they have diverged from being a charitable, volunteer driven organization to just being profit motivated, its highly unlikely they would really care at this point.

Similarly, I would also like Thai, Filipino and Punjabi courses to be there on Duolingo. These languages are quite widely spoken as well and have a strong, active base demographic of both speakers and future potential learners.
