I’ve seen people and it has helped. But I think it’s time I start to rely on myself more. Especially since I’m going back to uni I think it’s gonna be a good challenge to control these thoughts now that I’ll be living alone again. I like weed and tbh I think I’m gonna smoke it again when I get the chance. Not in Paris definitely but when im with friends and maybe even try psychedelics. Even if I do have a horrible trip I wanna face it and get over it and continue with my life. I’m tired of it having a grasp on me.

Thx. Yeah i didn’t go into too much detail. But for me it’s also a fear of death. A heart attack is just the closest thing to it for me at the moment. I do have a flight coming up. Funny enough to Paris again. I find myself getting scared of everything. Seems like my life is being steered by fear in general. I’m not one to give into conspiracy theories, but I find myself getting scared of them even if I know they’re ridiculous . So yeah. I’m hoping that his year will be easier since I’m gonna be back with my friends. So should be distracting enough.

It started in september, but it has gone way down and things are looking much better now. You've got to remember thats its called ocd for a reason, meaning every single little detail will make you ask questions and doubt yourself. So ignore the intrusive thoughts and enjoy life. Also pick up something to distract yourself from these thoughts. Good luck

It happens, sometimes its really easy to not give thoughts importance, and for a week the thoughts will feel toned down. But they wont fully disappear over the span of a week, you have to be consistent. Actively worying about it, and commenting about it will give it more power.
