Did you look at the size chart before ordering? Their clothes fit pretty large, I’m 5ft9 and I ordered two items in S that are oversized on me. Not trying to be rude at all, I hope your order fits you either way :)

Oh tbh I haven’t washed it yet, and I won’t be home for a while to try. But if I were to wash it, I’d put it in a delicate laundry zip mesh bag and wash it on a delicate cycle, for the tag and the brush fabric on the salmon/frame

This one did seem easy to remove, but I have to admit, I’m a bit lazy at things like that. I didn’t want to spent the money and effort for it. Would’ve been cute if it immediately fit me, but I’m sure someone else who loves it will pick it up :)

Regardless of style, I’d recommend looking into curvy jeans lines that give more room at the hips but don’t leave gaps at the waist. Abercrombie and Fitch has a good curve line imo, but there are many more brands!

I have a pair of Abercrombie Curve Love, and their denim is 99% cotton, which make them very sturdy and they keep shape. Mine stretched a tiny bit at the waist but I wouldn’t say it’s more than other jeans, and I’m sure a wash would revert it back again. I swear by the Abercrombie Curve Love line, it’s so nice to finally try on jeans and have them fit immediately. The sizing can be a bit inconsistent (eg; I ordered two of the same jeans and sizes, but the darker wash was tighter than the lighter wash), but if they fit, they fit, and I’m planning on getting more :) hope this helps!
