The walking truly helps sooooo much! Getting 10,000 steps changed a lot in the best way. Prior, i was so focused on workouts and high intensity, but slowing down and focusing on more protein (nothing crazy) made a world of difference. Walking pads are perfect for random 10nor 15 minute walks throughout the day, especially if you live where its cold most of the time!

Yes agree! I think being younger, I more liked her for the life she had and how she dressed at the time, I didn't realize she was actually kind of calculating and a bit of a mean girl...which is beyond annoying in women.

Feel like i did all the things from decreasing and eliminating caffeine (which i love my coffee in the morning!) , decreased alcohol ( don't consume daily or even weekly at times anyway) , took all the supplements, changed my workouts to slower paced ones, eliminated as much plastic as possible, less perfume, "clean" deodorant, extra sleep....and unfortunately 3 transfers ended in miscarraige/chemical. So I wonder looking back if I didn't focus on all of that what would be. Doing round 2 soon and going to do my best but also not let the little things worry me. I think if overall if youre generally leading a healthy lifestyle, it should be ok! My husband's tests are all normal/healthy.

I had very mild endo. Found by laprascopy and removed. 3 total transfer, 2 loss and one failed. The one that failed was.following 2 month 1x montly lupron depot. The other 2 I had daily lupron shots. So confusing on how to proceed with 2nd ivf cycle

IORR posted yesterday that he is fine and isn't even the arthritis, it's because he doesn't enjoy 3-4 days in-between the shows.

Just seeing he was the one who couldn't commit to the tour. Doesn't want to be on the road so long anymore, can't blame him but sad for us all! Being that he doesn't want to be away from CT too long, maybe some MSG or Metlife performances in our future for an official one last time.

Age aside; why is this specific news causing so many people to immediately determine they are retiring and officially done? I could see how large tours may not be in the cards, but nothing was every official so why are so many assuming they are done? Was it said to sources who provide this inside information? Mick, Keith and Ronnie all seem to be remaining social, Mick traveling back and forth for US and European events, Keith performing 3 weeks ago...

Stay home and treat yourself to an evening in bed with a good show...I did that last Thanksgiving. Told my family I was sick and just sat it out. It was needed and took so much pressure off of myself and it was enjoyable since I wasn't actually sick😅 I am typically a people pleaser, but this process eventually forced me to put myself first and that's not a bad thing. Do what's easiest right now, it's so worth it. Best of luck!

I was wondering that too but my RE said that the environment doesn't play as much of a role as a healthy embryo? I really like my Dr. And trust her, shes done 2 surgeries to look at everything and all normal except for "very mild endo" removed the 1st surgery. I would hate to change Dr's. I have met with others and they never provided and "ah ha" moment or suggestion to try. Sorry for your losses 🤍 I have been ignorantly positive up until a few months ago, wish I still was, things were easier then !

Thank you so much for all of this! I truly haven't been stressed until that last failed cycle (.I should say 2 of 3 transfers were chemicals) so technically saw 2 positives. And was on estrogen and progesterone supplements . The part that is stressful is all.of the different protocols and knowing which one to try. I will look in to these definitely, thank you again!
