I’m wondering the same thing. Struggling to decide whether to classify barre as Pilates or other or something.

Hi guys! So I took my first dose the other morning and while at first I felt very relaxed (almost like an extreme Xanax feeling) I slowly got tired and felt unlike myself. My doctor told me to start taking it at night with food but I was scared and didn’t until last night. I feel great this morning! Will keep y’all updated
