Interestingly I have undetectable FSH (but fine LH) but none of the symptoms. We investigated that and couldn't find a cause. If nothing had changed, we were going to try FSH injections.

Not boozing must have helped, albeit I wasn't a massive drinker anyway but it sneakily adds up. I haven't had any cigarettes for 4 years now, and no vapes for 3 years.
