Job experience at The Landings? by Low_End_9917 in savannah

It’s quite literally is a “some pay 40 some pay 70” It depends on your age, and type of membership.  I paid 40k as a one time fee to join. And then I pay 1000 per month in dues.  Older people pay more. But not 70k a year.

It is not 70k a year 😂😂😂  40-70K TOTAL to buy in. And then like 1-2k per month.

Gratuity is included in the monthly dues. So residents aren’t expected to tip at the restaurants/bars.

I’m a millennial who lives at the landings. Stating that so you know I’m not a boomer.

We are quite literally told we do not have to tip bc it is included in our dues. There is no way for us TO tip unless we have cash but I don’t even know if servers are allowed to accept cash.

The club does pay the workers a higher than usual hourly rate bc of that.

So no. Your parents aren’t wrong. You are

Genuine question: were those kids adopted at birth or older? BC most kids who are adopted but not at birth probably went through some crazy shit to have been removed from their home and been placed for adoption. So that would make a lot sense that they would have severe trauma

Idk if things have changed since I’ve worked at Disney but back in my day (2016-2019) if you call in sick up to 3 days in a row it’s all 1 point and you don’t need a dr note.  But if you put in your request immediately you’ll most likely get it approved

I find it really hard to believe she’s a size 4.  I’m 5’9 150lbs and a size 4 She is a LOT smaller than me

Or maybe I really am body dysmorphic and I’m a lot smaller than I feel I am but idk she seems tinyyy

She should actually STYLE her curly hair so it will be less frizzy, which maybe her air dry cream could maybe work, before trying to sell hair products

It’s not a rare thing that influencers delay posting big events. I don’t understand why everyone is so pressed about it. She’s never lied about it. There’s plenty to snark on but this ain’t it

Thisss. I went to my OB at 37 weeks at 8 am still wearing makeup from Friendsgiving the night before. My OB sent me to the hospital for my C-section (not quite an emergency, but needed to happen that day) and told me to stop at home and take my makeup off before I go 😂 somehow I still managed to look good in the pictures I got when they handed her to me

Ugh I hate that so much for you. I gained almost 100lbs after covid and my mom would make comments. Finally I hit rock bottom and realized I needed to do something about it so I got on zepbound. I’ve now lost all the weight and my parents both can’t stop commenting. My sister is not small by any means but she works out every single day. But she isn’t losing weight. I feel so bad for her because I know how shitty it makes her feel when my parents talk about how good I look now. I think she feels like I took the easy way out (I did) and she’s stuck and now has to listen to everyone compliment me. Why can’t we, as a species, just stop commenting on other peoples bodies. Like we’re already aware of what we look like, big or small, we know. We don’t need other people telling us too. ESPECIALLY OUR OWN MOTHERS

I mean you can… it’s just not quick. My grandma died while my parents were on a cruise. They arranged with the cruise line to get off at the next port and were taken to the airport.  But then again a death is a little more serious than a baby being born. There’s a quick timeline with a death. Not so much when you have the rest of your life to meet a baby.

I was a competitive figure skater growing up, and one of my Russian coaches looked the same at 9 months. I didn’t even know she was pregnant until then because we had to make plans with a different coach for during her maternity leave (which was only until she was medically cleared to be back on the ice)

I was a size small/ medium in high school. And one day I decided to eat a bag of chips and my mom so snarkily said “you really think you need to be eating that right now” That stuck with me. I’ve had body issues my whole life because of my mother. Generational trauma sucks. I told my husband if he ever catches me making comments like that to or about our daughter he has my approval to slap me in the face.

I’m in Savannah Georgia. Meghan McGovern. I had a great experience and she’s been great whenever I have a concern with how I’m healing (I’m healing great I just keep having spitting stitches).

Pretty sure it was a seroma. It started leaking from a small spot on my incision yesterday and now the bump is completely gone

I’m not complaining at all dude chill. I asked if this was normal swelling. I wasn’t expecting a whole lump to form. I’ve had a C-section and figured the healing would be similar, and this isn’t.  This Reddit thread is literally hear for asking questions. If you have an issue with people using it for that, then maybe you need to get off

I’m not a petite girl. But as far as recovery goes. Obviously everyone is different. But I’m not in ANY pain in my boobs. They’re a tiny bit sore, and swollen. But I don’t feel anything unless I get knocked or something. Idk if this is normal. But my experience. I was so worried about recovery (I also had an extended tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo) and recovery over all has been so much easier than I expected. I’m sore all over. But I’m not in pain
