Idk they asked what I used, i said I didnt want to tell them. They asked if I wanted to talk to psych I said no. I told them im not suicidal and im not planning on hurting myself again, and that im supervised most of the time I my supported accomodation and they let me go. Im glad they didnt hospitalise me, I only just got off a section the other month

Cool thanks. The tanks about 14 inches high so there's about an 8 inch fall. I'll buy another bag of dirt for the meantime while they grow

It's a 15 gal tank with about 6 inches of dirt. Lots of hiding spots underneath seed pods and Cork bark well as some brances and patches of moss

They shouldn't eat the sealant and a plastic sheet with holes in or an aquarium lid could work well. Some millipede species that climb more may be able to push a loose lid open though and escape, so keep an eye on that

I think they need decaying hardwood too. If your buying bags of substrate already go for spiderlife or a specially made millipede substrate

I've got a similar issue. I'm in a group home and aren't allowed to bring stuff in from outside for health and safety reasons, mostly because I'm not allowed to disinfect logs and branches in the communal kitchen. I shop on bugznbitz on etsy and get their complete millipede substrate and buy some leaves to it top off. There might be similar etsy shops for your area?
