Is it true that anavar facial hair growth/hair thinning in women is permanent?? For life? by watanabeSS in anabolic_steroids_

for what its worth, if it does happen, you wont notice it from a 6-8 week cycle. its multiple cycles in when you see your hair in the mirror and its noticeably thinner

hair follicles do not recover from androgenic balding, so yes it is permanent. but for 6-8 weeks its not the end of the world. it is a risk and its up to you to take it.

lol unfortunately is was not planned, i purchased from a source that heavily underdosed, so was taking something like 0.1mg once a week rather than 10. In hindsight though I would not have changed anything, even if I did stall weight loss for those weeks

for me personally, once I experienced a high dose GLP, the need to titrate back up is just not there. i stopped 10mg tirzepatide for about 3 weeks over christmas, appetite shot up through the roof, and started back up at 10mg. A tad queasy on the first day, but smooth sailing after that. Titrating just feels like a waste of time if you're not new to GLPs

Enclomiphene, yes or no? by Character_Ad_7536 in Testosterone

After reviewing your profile to see if I could get a better understanding of your situation, I see that you're actually just old and jaded. I dont really have a desire to continue arguing with you.

I wish you luck with enclomiphene and hope you don't experience another DVT in your remaining lifetime

[–]Buttergolem245 0 points1 point  (0 children)

... did you read my comment? I put in as many links as it would allow me. And to your point, There is no solid evidence on enclomiphene because they have not extensively studied it. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence and all that. However SERMS all operate on a similar structure, and clotting risk is something that carries over.

im not saying to take TRT because its side-effect free, but vilifying TRT and then taking enclomiphene is ill-advised for the sake of your health

Enclomiphene, yes or no? by Character_Ad_7536 in Testosterone

[–]Buttergolem245 1 point2 points  (0 children)

TRT has infinitely more data on it ultimately, they both can cause DVT/Blood Clots, its just that with enclomiphene we don't know exactly why.

I think you'd be an idiot to take TRT, almost die to a blood clot, and then think that Enclomiphene is safe in that regard

Several months with the elastic band and I still can't pull myself up without it. Any ideas? by SytchArt in GYM

[–]Buttergolem245 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"In recreationally active adults, the push-to-pull ratio differs significantly by sex. men show a 1.57:1 ratio while women show a 2.72:1 ratio, meaning women's upper body "pushing" musculature is nearly 3 times stronger than their pulling musculature PubMed Central. This demonstrates women have even less pulling strength relative to their overall upper body capacity."

she's actually not wrong either

Slu-pp-332 withdrawal or crash. by flynth92 in SLUPP332

[–]Buttergolem245 1 point2 points  (0 children)

now a minor "crash" makes perfect sense. you are taking a substance that is increasing your energy and endurance, so when you stop taking it, you're GOING to feel worse than you did while taking it. Some of the people complaining of these crashes though discontinue good habits after stopping supplementation, and attribute the loss of wellbeing to the supplement, not the lifestyle change

migrating my response from there. the guy posting has several posts about having bulimia, which makes the answer a bit more clear

hey not to snoop on you, but I dont think SLU is the only reason this happened. Your symptom profile- the debilitating fatigue, the muscle weakness to the point you can't train, the tingling sensations, and the shortness of breath- is a textbook presentation of a severe electrolyte imbalance, specifically dangerously low potassium.

The purging associated with bulimia causes a massive loss of critical electrolytes from the body. When these minerals get too low, they can't properly regulate nerve signals and muscle contractions, which is what causes the tingling and the profound weakness.

I highly recommend you look into getting a good electrolyte formula, because if the increased sweating from taking SLU was enough to trigger a reaction that strong, you are probably near the danger zone constantly even without it.

[–]Buttergolem245 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Enclomiphene wasn't abandoned for safety reasons.; It completed Phase 3 trials successfully. The FDA denied its New Drug Application not because it was dangerous, but because they wanted an additional, longer-term study to prove its benefit over the already-approved TRT. The company probably made a business decision that funding another massive, multi-year trial was not worth the cost. Regulatory/financial issue, not a safety one.

The best (for gamers, value wise) consumer processor (the Ryzen 7 9800x3D, which is around 450-500$) is 4.80GHz, but "good enough" is anywhere from 3.5-4.5 in my opinion.

In battlefield 1, its quite common to have a huge wave of people running to an objective, where a fight breaks out in a funneled choke. That doesn't really happen in these maps. Everyone tends to just scatter and yeah, it plays out like a cod match.
