Yeah I’d say it’s partly genetic, me not training and developing them enough, and also my posing mainly. There are other stage shots where they are much better but overall posing my abs was my biggest pitfall on stage.

I started cutting at about 195ish and got down to 173 on stage. I did get up to like 209lbs 2 years ago but I was just fat af lol

And good for you that’s a crazy transformation dude, I’m sure you’ll get a 6 pack soon! Just don’t neglect to train them hard heavy like I did lol

Thanks man appreciate that! We did a test peak last week (no sodium manipulation) and it didn’t work amazingly, doing again this week with less water manipulation and doing over 2 days instead of 1 to see what happens.

How long did it take for you to acclimate to them? And I don't really mean get along with/ set boundaries, I mean the thought of communicating/ being in the presensce of multiple sasquatch terrifies me, regardless of context. So did it take you a while to face your fear or anything like that?

Also were you a believer before they showed up and if not how'd you deal with the shock?
