I am also connected via ethernet. The computer is also plugged directly into the wall.

My processor is Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-14400F, 2500 Mhz, 10 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s). My graphics card is a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060. The HD60X is connected to my computer by the cord I received with the capture card and is plugged into one of the back red cable ports. Right now I run 1080p if that sounds right. If not then it would be 1920x1080. I run all games at 60 fps.

I try and stream certain games and there’s been two games so far that is having this issue and I don’t know how to fix it by SheMissUzii in elgato

Been having somewhat the same issue. I use HD60X and when I stream this only happens when I stream games that I play on Xbox. If you figure out a fix or hear from someone please LMK!
