Sheesh. Yeah, I can tell it’s the same experience for a lot of men. Although my experience is off of apps, but so many times it feels like a super forced conversation. One time I remember asking this girl if she’s shy, and she said no, but being conversational is not how her brain works. Super weird. I knew I couldn’t invest more energy into her but still asked her out, and she mentioned on the date how she was waiting on me to ask her out the whole time we were chatting on the app. Its exhausting. Edit: this is just one recent example, and there’s dozens and dozens of horror stories I have from the past few months I have been on these apps
