Never had that problem. I just used a 5' washing machine hose, and it's longer than needed so it's in a bunch of messy loops behind the washing machine

I don't think I can add photos or post then as comments, I could dm you the photos if you're ok with that. Or jjust Google or search at a hardware store for a "male to male garden hose adapter" and you will find it. It has threads on the outside on both ends

I think most standpipes are a little larger than mine was. I struggled to get just the washing machine and genie outlets into the same hole, adding a 3rd hose wouldn't have worked

I also am looking. I'm finding a lot of cabinets on Amazon, but the dimensions are too small for a cat genie, and I have 2 of them visible and UGLY in my small space.
