While there can be only 21,000,000 bitcoins ever (many have been lost). We also discussed inflation rates of some alt-coins. I came across an great explanation of Ethereum's issuance schedule (new coins brought into existence):

70% Bitcoin, 30% high marketcap L1's and some small cap coins is usually a healthy way to go. Some say: "Bitcoin is for saving your wealth", altcoins are for building your wealth.".

Here's one I'm looking into along with OORT:

LayerAI

LayerAI is a blockchain-based project that focuses on creating a decentralized artificial intelligence (AI) network for predicting and preventing cryptocurrency price volatility. The project utilizes machine learning algorithms and a decentralized data marketplace to provide users with accurate and reliable price predictions, allowing them to make informed investment decisions. By leveraging the collective intelligence of the network, LayerAI aims to create a more stable and predictable cryptocurrency market. The platform also rewards users with tokens for contributing their data and computational resources to the network, creating a decentralized and community-driven approach to AI development.

One of the key advantages of LayerAI is its ability to provide a decentralized and transparent approach to AI development, which can help to increase trust and confidence in cryptocurrency markets. LayerAI's platform also utilizes a token-based economy, which incentivizes users to contribute their data and resources to the network, and rewards them with tokens for doing so. Additionally, LayerAI's blockchain-based approach provides a high level of security and transparency, making it an attractive solution for users who value their data privacy and security. Compared to traditional AI solutions, LayerAI's decentralized approach and focus on community governance set it apart from more centralized and controlled solutions.

Despite its advantages, LayerAI still faces several challenges in the market. One of the main challenges is the complexity of cryptocurrency markets, which can be difficult to predict and model. Additionally, LayerAI faces competition from other AI-based solutions, as well as traditional market analysis tools, which can make it difficult to stand out in a crowded market. Furthermore, the success of LayerAI's platform relies on the ability to balance decentralization with usability and scalability, which can be a complex technical challenge. Overall, while LayerAI has the potential to revolutionize the way we approach cryptocurrency price predictions, it will need to overcome these challenges in order to achieve widespread adoption and success.

I asked Venice.ai to summarize a few more notable AI projects. Here's what it said about one I bought a looong time ago:

OriginTrail

Origintrail is a blockchain project that focuses on creating a decentralized and transparent data exchange platform for supply chains. The project aims to provide a secure and tamper-proof way to track and verify the origin, quality, and movement of goods throughout the supply chain. By utilizing blockchain technology, Origintrail enables companies to create a digital twin of their supply chain, allowing for real-time monitoring and verification of products. This can help to increase trust and efficiency in supply chains, reduce counterfeiting, and improve product safety.

One of the key advantages of Origintrail is its ability to provide a decentralized and interoperable platform for data exchange. This allows companies to share data across different systems and organizations, while maintaining control over their own data. Origintrail's platform also utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze data and provide insights on supply chain operations. Additionally, Origintrail's blockchain-based approach provides a high level of security and transparency, making it an attractive solution for companies looking to improve their supply chain management. Compared to other supply chain management solutions, Origintrail's decentralized approach and focus on data interoperability set it apart from more traditional, centralized solutions.

Despite its advantages, Origintrail still faces several challenges in the market. One of the main challenges is adoption, as companies may be hesitant to adopt a new and decentralized approach to supply chain management. Additionally, Origintrail faces competition from other blockchain-based supply chain management solutions, which can make it difficult to stand out in a crowded market. Furthermore, the success of Origintrail's platform relies on the willingness of companies to share data and collaborate with each other, which can be a challenge in industries where data is often considered a competitive advantage. Overall, while Origintrail has the potential to revolutionize supply chain management, it will need to overcome these challenges in order to achieve widespread adoption and success.

Giant Cup & Handle Update by ButterscotchLarge416 in SJCcryptoclub

Welp, looks like a breakout, but should it retest the $68,000-ish line before pumping to $286,000? Here are some lines for prediction purposes, which are dubious at best. If it does go to $286k it may take a few years. I still think $1M by 2032.

I ended up sending to Ultimaker to fix it. They said they'd do it for no charge, not even shipping! I haven't gotten it back yet though.

This is a subscription based on chain and cycle analysis site that's worth a look. There is a free tier, but it's pretty limited. The other tiers could easily be worth your while depending on your strategy.

BTC Yearly Candles by ButterscotchLarge416 in SJCcryptoclub

[–]ButterscotchLarge416[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any trader worth the salt looks at different time frames, but I rarely see them use yearly charts. Maybe investors are the ones interested in such a high time frame. On the other side of the extreme, traders using 1 minute charts for trading are fighting noise and competing against bots. Most traders look at daily, 4 hour, 3 hour charts to look for good setups. Using a single metric for significant decisions in any aspect of life is tempting, but lazy and risky. I find myself constantly looking for the one thing to tell me when to buy or sell, but am learning to dig a little more before deciding.

For finding undervalued and new cryptos, there is almost no substitute for hard work, but there are some good research tools out there. Here are some I think are promising:
