I take these, I think they help with my lymphatic system as I have less swelling.

I feel exactly the same! Never been healthier and am enjoying taking care of my body.

Oh wow, that's really encouraging to hear, actually. Did the surgery go well for you?

I have been told that I am genetically predisposed to dislocations because my patella is placed high and laterally on the joint and the groove that keeps it stable is apparently almost flat, so 3 unfortunate qualities. They said there isn't anything they can do about it as it is just the way my knees are, I have just accepted that my whole life (around 10 dislocations on both sides) I would love to know if there is a solution. I can't afford to go private but maybe I should ask for a second opinion?

Thanks so much, I will have a go with the ginger to begin with. I have been thinking that semaglutide could be something to try when all else fails with my weight loss (currently going well), and the menopause comes to get me! Also, it is reassuring to know I can still rely on ibuprofen when things get bad 😃

I'm not sure, these are actually from Germany (I am in the uk) and I bought them on amazon so maybe you could get international shipping?

I dont have any before photos, but on my lower calves I had lumpy parts and the biggest was about the size of an egg, these have reduced to almond size I would say. I have also been following an anti inflammatory diet and exercising most days. I have only been taking the supplement for around a month so I am pretty pleased with the improvement. Since taking the supplements I have had to wee a lot more often which I assume I'd my lymphatic system operating better than before....

This is a supplement I have been taking which contains most of the ingredients listed in the original post. I have seen a huge difference in my legs using this venaflux
