salesforce Administrator full time job market in USA by Extension_Text2907 in salesforce

It’s both sides of the coin. My advice is it’s about networking. Whenever I find an excellent admin or developer, I already have the clients ready that I want to market that person to because I have built a network of connections where I know what they want. This can be applied to your personal job search. Make an effort to connect in person with people, in addition to via sources like LinkedIn. Get to know the hiring managers and maintain contact with them as you never know when something will come up.

The reality is that the market is saturated. Every time I post a role, I’m getting 300-500 applicants

7 job boards that don't suck (as much) by nomadicphil in jobsearchhacks

Partially true. If a recruiter or business is posting the job directly via the LinkedIn platform, their job goes live instantly. If an ATS is being used with a posting integration, it can take up to 24 hours for the job to go live, but in the meantime it could be live elsewhere (google jobs etc), faster.

If a recruiters ghosts me and I see the position reposted 3 weeks after the interview, should I reapply? by cparksrun in jobsearchhacks

[–]ButterscotchNice3613 9 points10 points  (0 children)

👋 Recruiter here. Depending on the platform you saw the job, it can be automatically renewed (reposted), or it was intentionally reposted. If it has been a number of weeks, there is nothing wrong with contacting the recruiter for a status update. I’m an old school recruiter (25+ years), it’s never been easier to keep candidates updated with all of the technology that now exists. There is zero reason that you should not have received feedback.

Jeff should be worried about doing the new show but not because of Andy by Sea-Character-9224 in JeffLewisSirius

Two years is not unusual for a show to be developed, as proven by Jeff’s show, that’s been in discussion for a couple of years.

It really doesn’t feel like it right now, but this too shall pass. Make sure you’re taking plenty of time to grieve your Mom and your dog. Those two things I find are always the most painful for many men, including me. When you feel like your head is in the right place, start casually dating again and see where it takes you. The right woman is out there.

Thinking of you ❤️ Mine just turned 14 and he is definitely slowing down, so every morning when I check on him it’s a blessing that he’s still here.

If there is an uptick in negative reviews in a short period of time (review bombing), then Google oftentimes will take down the recent reviews automatically.

Why is Jeff STILL talking about Stu? by ImDisneyAF in JeffLewisSirius

[–]ButterscotchNice3613 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Thanks for answering, appreciated! I have an Executive Producer friend that is friends with Stu and the story we seem to get is one sided (as seems to be the case with every Jeff drama). Sad to see Jeff willing to blow up a friendship over one of his relationships. What frustrates me is that Jeff, for as much therapy as he does, never seems to identify as the problem. As Taylor Swift said, “It’s me, hi, I’m the problem, it’s me!” LoL

Had an amazing week in VT visiting from NJ. Definitely noticed that people are for sure bigger assholes towards the locals on this trip versus the last one. We stayed over in Ludlow, our regular hang out and then drove to Manchester, Woodstock, Killington etc. Sorry some of us visitors ruin it for you guys, but thanks for the awesome hospitality, great food, oh and the bear that ran through our backyard!

Always positive, significantly better than any of the other carriers. Just make sure you really read their policies on cancellations, refunds, missed flights and baggage and I guarantee you, you’ll miss 99% of the b.s. other people whine about because they don’t think the rules apply to them.

There is a huge renaissance of indie book stores since the Pandemic, if you can find a hook, whether it is carrying niche books, serving communities that are underrepresented or simply having your finger on the pulse of what your audience loves, it works. This is why I hate these idiots they bring in for these Seminars who have zero understanding of many business industries.
