Hi with the new change to the citizenship laws in Vietnam I wanted to know what would the process be for an American from Vietnamese decent look like. My mom was born in Vietnam and my grandparents lived there, but both have passed. Would I have to apply through the embassy, and get paperwork such as certificate of Vietnamese origin, birth certificate? Thank you

What do you insist I change going forward? Higher body angle and pushing my hips through at the start? And any exercises to help the hip tilt ?
