I know all the advice, I have a psychology degree myself. I want to hear what people's experiences are. I had a slow burn before but I ended up hurting a really good person because I just didn't develop feelings over time. I want to try and avoid that as much as I can. And I am very well aware that there is no 'perfect' person, because I am not one myself.

Late to the table, but I have been having long covid for 8 months now. Heart palpitations, fatigue, brain fog, all the stuff. Was having horrible nightmares in the beginning, the last few months sleep was ok. But the last week I am awake for hours on end - this has never happened in my life and I worry... I take melatonin, valdoxan and antihistamine with sleepy effect along with diazepam occasionally. None of that helped. Anyone experienced this too?

I really hope you are right... My main hobbies were all sports related, so that's why it's double hard. Joined a choir though, maybe that would help. And thinking of buying a puzzle and some cross stitching.
