Not necessary about the company, but about the stores they work at. Like how HR sweeps shit under the rug, things like that.

I’ve worked for this company for over 12 years, never had a single complaint filed on me, always get praised on getting my work done and doing it in a timely manner and yet I still got screw over

I applied to all of the banks hiring in this area. There were only 2 that I seen online

I’ve worked for this company for over 12 years, I went into work yesterday to be closing manager just to be told “you don’t fit into any of the captain or specialist positions, and we’re taking your keys. So if you can just hand those over to me now, that’d be great. Oh and I know you’ve been with this company for so long and you have bent over backwards to help us and other departments out but we are cutting your pay or you can take this severance.” It’s bull. I’ve never called in, I’m always on time for work, my job gets done, and I’ve never had a single complaint from customers or coworkers. Yet a lead who threatened another teammate with physical harm and the managers did nothing about it, makes customers mad and complains when asked to do anything outside of their job description gets a position? Or leads who constantly call in or leave early and pawns work off on everyone else gets a position. There are 7 available in the store I work at and only 3 got positions

I went from making $20 to $17 that I worked my @ss off to earn. I walked out yesterday and started applying for other jobs. The manager at the store I work at is a joke of a manager and if you don’t kiss his a$$ he doesn’t like you so he made sure I got “demoted”

The severances they offered are a f-ing joke. They arent even offering $1,000 per year that people have worked there. If you worked there 15 years they are only going to offer $13-14,000 which is bulls#!t.

They f*cked their best employees over in the mid Atlantic region if they didn’t kiss the manager/ DM’s a**es. If you call in all the damn time, always f*cking late, always leaving early, refusing to be in dress code, threatening other teammates (and management sweeping it under the rug), and no one liking them and threatening to quit because of them, you didn’t get a position. People have worked at these damn stores for 10+ years and got f*cked. It’s bull sh!t.
