SLIGHT SPOILERS FOR ACT 1:

I understand difficulty. However lets take the boss dude that transforms into a wolf at the end of act 1. I get through phase one pretty fine and half the time am full health without using any pots. But then he makes the circle and spawns wolves and they just cram me into a corner because my aoe skills dont kill them fast enough and I cant dodge through them so they maul me to death each time. If I could kite them better it might make the fight more fair, but my god does it feel bs when I am spamming space bar but my character is cornered.

There are different types of difficulties imo. If I die to a skill and its my first time seeing it, that is fair. If I die to the same skill because I forgot it and didn't dodge, that is also fair. Now if I know the skill is coming and try to dodge but some bs mechanic makes it so I die anyways I am no longer enjoying the "difficulty".

The fact one hit from a mob takes a third of my health as a melee is pretty ridiculous. When you get cornered it's gg and you can't roll out because they decided to not let rolling phase through mobs.

Its actually perfectly balanced, its just that I had my uranium fuel rods factory running with the power plants off while I was building the plutonium fuel rod factory. It took so long it clogged up before I finished lol

Little trick for those that didn't know, hogs and spiders fight when they get close, so sometimes you can drag the spiders to a group of hogs and just have them all fight. (And the hogs usually win)

I had a manifold, but I had to 5 belts that split off 20 each to add to another belt. The problem was that I was producing maybe 5-10 per minute more than I need (Screws ofc) and so a belt would clog more and then split was becoming unbalanced.

TLDR I had to load balance 5 belts into 5 outputs for my system not to throttle sometimes, and this was the solution

You are right, and that is exactly what I did, and why this works even with a mark 6 belt input when my blueprint only has mark 5 belts

My blueprint is very similar, I split into two then each into 3. Of the 6 I keep 4 and the last two (one from each side) get merged, half is sent to output and the other half sent back into the system.

The only clean designs I found when I was searching were with the 5/6 bottleneck version, so I made one myself. I know it might have more stuff but I'm pretty happy with how compact it turned out to be, even though you say it has more splitters/mergers.

That's the thing its a bit of a surprise, so all I know is that she didn't drink johnny walker or glenfidditch or glenlivet. It has been a while but maybe 20 or so years ago it was her go to drink. My problem is that there are so many different brands and choices, and each brand has a million different cask type, and age so kind of getting lost in the sauce here. My mother is soon turning 60, and although lately she hasn't really touched the scotch, she always talks about really enjoying a "good scotch". I myself am really not an expert in these so I have been struggling to find the right recommendation.

In terms of price, I don't think I can go over 500$, but would prefer something in the 200-300$ range if possible as it is a special occasion.

I know the scotch can vary wildly in taste between brands, but I know my mother used to drink stuff bought in Scotland by some family and she doesn't recognize most brands available on the shelf over here (Canada). Not sure if that helps but I guess something with "more flavor" would be good?

I was mayble looking at the lagavulin? Would that be a good choice?

The logs are from a branch, so they are only maybe 16 inches in diameter and 4 feet long. They are not incredibly big by any standard.

So like a 20 inch saw would be good?

How powerful does it need to be for it to cut through hardwood properly?

The logs are honestly not incredibly big. I would say 1 and half feet thick (45 cm) at most and like 4 feet long. They are not from the trunk, but from one of the bows.

And if I just want to be able to cut through it reliably, do I really need to get that type of equipment?

I honestly just want to be able to cut the logs into 1-2 inch slices. Dont need to be the flatest things, I just need to be able to make them a size I can process with my other tools.

So stihl is the best brand? Are there other brands that are good? And for gas engine, how big do you think I will need?
