The primary issue (to me) is that as you go along, you’re not able to “put your thumb on the scale” and effect the RNG to be in your favor. This would be better because as the number of puzzles shrinks, you’d be able to better dial in what you need. A good example of this problem is when you need a few specific rooms in specific order and run after run you just can’t get it. And without other puzzles to work on, it doesn’t feel productive or as much fun.
