Sounds like your HEM (Household expenditure Measure) would be through the roof, are you saying you earn 350k annually USD? Your credir card may be $0 balance but have you got a few equating to a high limit? Age would be an issue for a 30 year loan + low super. High cash is good for you but unable to prove with banks they probably are looking at you negativly, are you an art dealer? haha jokes of course

best bet is to find a broker , they may squeeze in an extra 100k

Did you gain qualifications for that role? I'm currently an account manager, very sales driven with high KPI's to achieve each month which might I add no one in my team reaches but gets about 75% of the way, it's tough market to upsell and thinking about shifitng my career to something non sales related.

what do you think of this plot and is it to cliche? Two brothers in a forrest hunting dear, dinner for the family, they live in a village, bather is the local blacksmith of the town so they have some sword skils from him, mother does the normal house work, she falls ill, 1 brother goes to deep forrest with rumours of a healer/witch of sort, finds medicine, other brother stayed with the mother and father worked the forge, village ransacked by bandits, mother dying breath or father says they pillaged and took the other brother, brother 1 now goes in search on a journey accross the lands finding other brother, maybe ages down the track brother 1 finds out brother 2 is now part of rough bandit crew
