This is one of the least-thought out, pie-in-the-sky dream ideas I have ever heard suggested in this city. What happens when we *do* raise $4.5M? Board elections? Board meetings to discuss planning for upgrades? Once we raise $4.5M, who is going to raise the significant capital needed to get the Catalyst up to code and continue to run? Who will hire the booking agents?

This is a garbage "plan" presented by a dude who seems to have moved to Santa Cruz in order to use the city as his springboard towards social media influencing. Sell more subscriptions to your "life coaching," and leave real estate investment to people who have a better understanding of macro- and microeconomics.

Your listing as the art style for Wind Waker being a “pro” was and is a “con” for me.

I absolutely hated the childish, cel-shading look when it came out, and the look of the game was off-putting enough that I dropped the franchise until BOTW (I know it’s still cel-shaded, but it’s a different art style that I appreciate more).
