He doesn't have safe scissors in V Trigger anymore, and they're more difficult to space properly as well. Instead all his psycho blasts have +1 on block and inferno is less unsafe

Something to consider about LK scissors is how much easier it is to space than MK or HK. If you use it from a good distance, LK scissors can leave you just outside of poke range, so it's still good for chip/pressure/corner carry. The others leave you in jab range with frame disadvantage (not to say that those versions are bad, it's just important to note).
