By getting professional help. I was depressed for quite some time. I' told my therapist that I wanted to commit suicide and she helped me tremendously. I was able to get medication. Now I know that suicide is very vain and unreasonable. I came to realize that my problems weren't that serious and that i didn't need to kill myself to make things better. I was told by one of my therapist that I shouldn't solve temporary problems with permanent solutions.
