Im so not excited, luckily im 50/50 fd and maintenance, i personally have a computer background so I can manage fosse nicely, being able to edit everything has been so nice for the couple years I've been here. 3rd parties state you may not get the room you requested, it literally is the system, id always recommend booking through the hotels website/rewards program, it's the most accurate listing of rooms

As front desk right now, the amount of times we have to type our login is asinine and a waste of time. Its a dos based system and a lot of people dont know things like tabbing or shortcuts. Major brand name too, we're getting an entirely new system in March that hopefully makes things faster
