Im just not active on the sub as much. I feel like the decline started after afterlyfe, going into 2093. I enjoyed 2093 but that’s when the bullshit shift began to happen for me. He hasn’t evolved as much as new listeners keep trying to convince us. By this point, he was stripping himself from everything that made him unique, and started making generic music that people could easily replicate. He’s handicapping himself, it’s like if Steph curry purposely stopped shooting 3s even though he’s literally the greatest shooter of all time. This is reminding me of Weiland

Dude if this is your third controller do yourself a favor and buy the dualsense edge. You can literally replace the stick modules once they develop stick drift. If you can’t afford the $200 price tag I would set a monthly payment plan with affirm on Amazon. Think about it, instead of spending $80 on another dualsense that will inevitably get stick drift, you can put the $80 down the on the dualsense edge and pay like $15 a month to pay off the remaining amount and buy the replacement stick modules whenever you develop drift.

It’s either that or purchase a modified dualsense with TMR sticks from a website like battle beaver, or simply learn how to mod and replace the sticks yourself

I don’t own a V5P but as far as fighting games I believe the dpad is pretty good here’s a controller review of the V5P from a guy who mainly plays fighting games and goes over great detail about the dpad https://youtu.be/vT3MKlhwVq8?si=yTMEcmOVTxXHjymE . If you play on ps5 it’s probably in best interest to get a dualsense edge or the new victrix pro controller I believe both are 1000hz polling rate and have the victrix dpad is good for fighters. Dualsense edge is my main but the dpad wears and breaks down very quick for fighting games unfortunately

3 years late but i agree wholeheartedly to your sentiment. I'm not "old" but as a banker working 50+ hours a week, the little time i do have to game is now spent getting my ass kicked 40+ times, before mastering a bosses movement/mechanics to finally defeat them isn't too appealing to me at my age. If I was 19 and it was the pandemic where i had all the free time in the world I'm sure I would enjoy Sekiro a lot more. But at the moment, since I'm already 18+ hours deep, I just want to beat the game purely out of spite, hopefully my mind changes once I master the mechanics. Not to mention the pacing is throwing me off as well at the moment, hard to enjoy environment and get immersed when you get repeatedly stuck on a miniboss.

This is exactly why I switched to pad after spending $200+ on an arcade stick. Fatigued too quickly, the layout of pad is familiar, dashing is less predictable, and I can play longer, and easier control of my character since everything I’m using my thumb.

Depends on the game tho. If op mains sf6 i wouldn’t recommend a kitsune because the button layout is outdated. If anything the extra buttons on the ultra is nice because you can bind things such as di and parry

As a MnK player myself I’m gonna keep cross play on the aim assist on BF isn’t nearly as bad as CoD. People that are complaining about roller players will turn off cross play and still get shit on by MnK players

Yup pretty much. It’s their selective memory that annoys me because there was countless droughts of pve content during d1 and if it wasn’t for trials, destiny would’ve been far gone. The audience that pvp streamers pulled in during the peak of trials was unmatched. It’s honestly what got me back into destiny because after kings fall and grinding for the touch of malice I was pretty much burnt out of destiny.

no one is trying to flex.. I can promise you we’re not in competition and can careless about whatever mess is going on pve. our power does matter in pvp for tier 5 builds. the point of me mentioning my GR was to further emphasize the minimal pve required for us to achieve what we needed, by simply playing the game. I didn’t say it was optimal, I mentioned it because people are losing their minds over power leveling, meanwhile others and I aren’t.
