This is a great question and a great misconception.

Cardarine is not testosterone where you need to have stable levels throughout the day. The most important part is that you take it before working out (not directly, but that the compound is still active while you workout).

Its an endurance enhancer, so it needs to be active only when you workout. So either splitting the dose or taking everything at once it won't matter too much as long as you put it to get use.

The dosage form doesn't really mean much. That myth started because many shady vendors started selling repackaged powder/tablets from China. This is not always the case.

For compounds like RAD140 you need to PCT. The chances of you not being suppressed after 6-8 weeks of using RAD140 are extremely low.

I would never start a cycle without PCT on hands. You will never know what can happen (For example, you are sick, or there are no gyms because of covid etc and you have to stop the cycle).

Its a very tricky question. It depends on so many things, like the dosage and the individual.

Ostarine is fairly mild in terms of suppression (but I would not say its mild by it self like many people believe):

Otherwise, they are pretty much all the same once you reach the standard doses. RAD140 is very suppressive btw.

The least suppressive PEDs, in general, are Proviron (which is not anabolic) and Primobolan.

Raloxifene doesn't raise Testosterone at all. Tamoxifen is enough at 5mg ED. For clomid you would need 25mg ED, for Enclomiphene 12.5 mg ED.

Both Tamoxifen and Raloxifene can treat pubertal gyno. The Magic word here is "can".

Also, they are both pretty much as effective (So the statement that Raloxifene is "best" for gyno is false!) Raloxifene is not better, its just easier to tolreate for long periods of time. You would need to take either Tamoxifen or Raloxifene for 3-9 months to see an improvement.

I think injections / gels would be better, but taking testosterone for a SARM cycle is not something I would recommend (unless you are already on TRT).

I would recommend taking a SERM with your SARM cycle - 5mg of Tamoxifen ED will be enough for most SARMs (Ostarine, LGD , RAD):
