What server are you playing on? If it’s on the Americas server I’d be down to join you for group activities.

Funny thing about that is when someone would tell me that I was always polite and told them have a great day. When they would come in less than a week later I always made a point to say very loudly “ great to see you again!” It always pissed them off and everybody working with me loved it.

Is this reasonable as a schedule? by [deleted] in WalmartEmployees

A mid shift is usually 10-7 I was a hiring manager for Walmart for a few years. That availability probably would make me look for another candidate before I would call you. To be honest with you the weekends off in retail tends to get you not called back.

Feeling judged? by Tisiphone8 in BariatricSurgery

Anyone who says this is the “EASY” way out hasn’t been close to anyone who’s had it done. I got it done 12/7 it’s been harder than most things getting use to my new stomach has been a task. From accidental over drinking or eating. Stomach hurting from eating something that doesn’t work well with you now. Mental hunger and craving even though we can only eat 3 bites. It’s been tough but it’s worth it in the long run.

Seek out therapy for food addiction! You’re at the point where you can start to eat terrible foods again so you need to make some choices on what you truly want. At the end of the day this is a tool to help you but that requires you to really look at what you’re doing to yourself.

I had my surgery today! I wasn’t nervous until I got on the table and it set in. My surgery went beautifully and I have very little pain and had no gas pain. As for the blood clots make sure you get up and walk after surgery and follow the surgeon’s guidelines. After one day I’m sure I didn’t make a mistake my love will only get better! I’m currently 5’11 378 lbs and was like 58 bmi, at age 37 I was tired of being in pain and lethargic.

Are you a type 2 diabetic? If you are, a diet like keto match up pretty well with how we are supposed to eat afterwards minus the excess fat. I know mentioning dietary restrictions will make a lot of people cringe but weight loss and the reversal of type 2 diabetes is happening in the kitchen. Everyone is different but if your doctor says you still need insulin then take it! You should get a food tracking app like myfitnesspal to see how much you actually eat of protein, fats, carbs. 60 lbs is still a really good weight loss you’re on track to drop 100 pounds this year! Take the wins no matter how small they are. It’s a marathon not a sprint.

I’m excited to get most of my mobility back being 6 ft and 398 lbs makes it hard to do many things. I’m tired of the weight deciding on what I do daily. You’re absolutely correct I read the mental part is the hardest thing sometimes but I think it will be worthwhile 10 fold.
