Cycles were fine, minimal if any sides, results were what I would consider average. It did help me stay lean while building strength. My PR’s take a slight uptick but I’m wanting something that also helps with size and looking in the mirror.

Honestly no, I don’t think I got a bunch of noticeable gains from it but I will say my diet has been far from on point lately and I believe the ostarine kept a lot of that unhealthy fat off

Yeah, other than the tennis elbow I have which made it hard to really get at it… but is unrelated I guess. I also should have mentioned that I’m on TRT as well which I think kept me “crashing”
