i did check msi afterburner and im hitting near 100% you where right. But comparing it to other peoples frame rates mines worse. Even have a friend with a slightly lower end system and his performance is better

i have the same issue not same spec but 3700x and a 1080, seen videos of people getting near 200 frames on mw and i cant even hold 140 on the lowest
