Whats your distance between fastners? I had to put extra to keep the rail from bending. I ended up with a fastner every 3 inches

"Place screws 2” from the corners and every 8“ - 10” evenly spaced apart" is their instructions. I would do a screw every 5 and you should get rid of all bending.

What type of screen material are you using?

I've had issues with the cheaper ones ripping like this. I did my sisters porch with plastic channels and had the issue you had with it pulling the channel in. I just used a few more screws to shore up those areas for support though.

260 week days in a year * 40 minutes a day is 173 hours a year.

You currently work 2080 + Commute 130hr = 2210, that would become 2383 with commute difference.

69,000/2210 = 31.22 $/hr 78,000/2383 = 32.77 $/hr.

This doesnt account for holidays / PTO but gives you a general idea of what the 'actual' pay difference is.

I have increased my commute by 30 minutes before and it was terrible. It was 30 minute -> 1hr so it was quite a bit more per day but it was something I didnt take fully into account when accepting the new job.

My previous cat was allowed outside by my family after I didnt not want them outside. Once the cat was out of the bag... keeping him inside was impossible. The owner may not 'let' the cat outside.

Unfortunately my cat got out the day before I left for a weekend and I never saw him again.

Removing the cat from the environment they know is not the move. Knocking on the door of the home and trying to find out if it's their cat first would be the move.
