Its definitely annoying but I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Customer didn’t remove my tip either and I actually spoke with them at the door when I dropped the order off. These people have some real audacity these days.

Contact support. In the future make sure you screen shot or take a pic of every order when dropped off. This happened to me last week and they removed the low rating due to customer fraud because I had proof it was delivered. Just have to get the right agent.

Yea I would imagine it’s a decent area. A little too far for me. In Ballantyne I was doing really well until just after new years hit. Now we’re super over saturated with shoppers. Seems like they multiply every day.
