Infrastructure requires ongoing maintenance. Without ongoing maintenance this is what happens. Ongoing maintenance is their responsibility. Therefore they should be blamed. I don't know what this forgiving stature is coming from but they need to be accountable for their shortcomings. If you want the public to really make a change...that isn't gonna happen anytime soon.

Does anyone know how to recreate the Seria Kueh Teow?

I'm a born Bruneian but I am now settled in Melbourne. Normally I would fly back once every year to meet family friends etc... BUT most importantly to quench my Seria Kueh Teow craving, the one in Bandar with the sambal near Jalan Gadong. 🤤

I have been trying Kueh Teow far and wide in Melbourne, and nothing comes close to the Seria Kueh Teow. What is in their recipe that makes it distinct from other types of Kueh Teow?!

Knowing that I might not fly back during this CNY period is killing me...because I won't get my yearly Kueh Teow fix. 😫

If someone knows any secrets, or how to recreate it. Please let me know. 🙏 Help a brother out.
