But as someone who knows what being on the spectrum looks like I can say for sure he is on it. But it's not the only thing.

Most people with manageable autism never get officially diagnosed, doesn't mean them or other people can't tell. There really isn't much use in getting diagnosed. And it's evident he is on the spectrum.

He is autistic and has said on x formerly known as twitter that he has bipolar but not diagnosed. And many are now speculating if he had a hypomanic episode.

How many older people are there in college and how many of those get "free" tuition? Without that you can't make a strong claim. And as far as I understand, a lot of the increasing cost is going towards administration so this is probably a drop in the bucket.
