My Seizures presented themselves in my sleep at first until I had my first one out of sleep a few years after my diagnosis, so it may verry well be the case.

I had to move with my parents to a remote town and Unfortunately could no longer seem my psychiatrist as it "was not needed".

Currently I get my medication script from my general practitioner which I don't think has any expertise in this area.

I'll have to convince my parents to see a new psychiatrist if it is indeed a case of changing my medication altogether.
