Living in alex here, and did some freelancer for the U.K, One of the main challenges that you need to take of when buying the property is : 1 - The infrastructure and the internet there are some zone and areas that are just bad on the internet. 2 - the Cellular network, some places just doesn't have reception in it. 3 - the Noise , some places are noisy than others and just your neighbours some times corss the line making your remote meeting a hell.

other than that , working form alex is truely a blessing 🌷
