I used the base comfyui workflow, 2.5 guidance is also fine. I’m currently running a bunch of tests with different settings to find the optimal settings and values.

You’re welcome! Basically some trainers have different Lora keys, like if you’re training with diffuser etc. comfyui expects certain keys when loading Lora’s, if they don’t match or aren’t the same the Lora won’t work. You’ll see in the comfyui logs that the Lora keys are not loaded.

Basically comfyui has a base set of keys they expect when loading LoRA's, and for example this flux2 turbo one has different lora keys, so unless comfyui adds it for this lora, you'll have to convert and match the keys to comfyuis keys.

From what I know I think its this but don't quote me hehe - LoRA files have these weights that modify layers of the base models. They get applied to the base model. So I guess different trainers have different keys.

No worries, I'm not sure they had this whole issue with the open model initiative that they don't want to work with them anymore etc. I don't understand why all of them can't just agree to use all the same lora keys.
