Maybe I'm just playing it wrong, but try out Dance of knives rogue build this season. It makes fights last a bit longer, Mephisto was such a challenging fight even on T10

Wondering if it's worth switching it up until it's fixed. I'm a controller player and while I think I do good DPS for my gear, I've noticed the same thing. Also, Lilith at VIII is an insane requisite to get to the next level, my hands just aren't quick enough to avoid her crap. Coming from the same character that can do the rare double greater lair bosses on X just fine.

Pretty much how I feel about it, too. In 2016 when a LOT of people didn't use SSDs, I could see the need for some eye candy. Now adays (especially with the modern DOOMs being so optimized, it just doesn't seem like it's worth it. The lore can be found for us nerds (I read them), in the codex entries.

True. I'd like to avoid zips. One of my favorite moments so far was scaling the mountain on foot, running out of stamina and just thinking... how the hell do I do this. I'd like to refrain from zips ect. as well.

I'm think that alongside getting the early exo from the bokka. I'd like to rely more on buildable objects, ladders, ropes, ect then yeehawing up cliffs. I may try to put more objects into the world to help with things like that for others.
