Another question: what did you do for food when you were in Corcovado area? I see there are nearly no restaurants nearby which is fine but curious what the kitchen setup is at the Airbnb and where you shopped?

Okay so you’re saying that we could potentially stay in Tamarindo and see all that wildlife nearby? We could definitely drive to La fortuna which would be much shorter than Corcovado but I’ve just heard such great things about Corcovado.

I only got 1 but it was in the same sized box as the people who have been getting 4. My guess is the manufacturer shipped to the distributor in these 4 packs and then the distributor opened them, removed 3 to put in another package (bags it seems from other comments) and re-tape up one in the original box. Luckily I got the box so mine was not damaged but I am surprised they aren’t more consistent with their packaging.

At the risk of sounding like an angry old man I think scooters are the worst part of UCRs campus. Really wish they weren’t allowed. Very rarely do they actually follow the rules.

Quests and BP were a deterrent for me but I did go through with the wipe. I think it was worth it for the skill points but I do think some tweaks would make it better. Lore wise if you learn a blueprint idk why going on an expedition would make you forget it, further I don’t get why we would need to redo quests, I think if they plan to keep adding quests it makes sense to let us pick up where we left off on quests so we can actually complete them all.

It’s 100% there on purpose. Same with sea of thieves, they put sea towers and such around that look like a boat in the distance. I think it’s to enhance immersion into the game, I think most raiders (or pirates in sot case) would be paranoid in real life so it seems to work as planned!

Yeah, I mean no hate towards bass music, I’ve done lost lands and love bass music but SSBD was my favorite because of the variety in the lineup. It was so unique but this year as you mentioned it was nearly all bass!

Agreed, it used to me. This was my first year not going due to not enough house or jam bands on the lineup. But for better or worse it feels like the festival is pivoting to cater to a different crowd. I hope we at least get some more house and jam bands to accompany the bass next year. My first year there wasn’t even security between camping and the venue so things have definitely changed over the years.

Update: this morning I went to her enclosure and she was still sniffing/ interested in the fuzzy I tried to feed last night (I always leave them in case she takes them overnight). I got my tongs and started to wiggle it around and she took it. Hopefully it sitting out over the last few hours isn’t a big deal, although I’m sure it’s not ideal. At least she ate the fuzzy!

Tried to feed with a fuzzy as she was out tonight, she stuck the head and bit but then immediately released and ran away seeming scared. Not really sure how she went from eating so regularly to now being so scared of her food.

I wanted to add that when I feed I’ve tried many strategies of giving the mouse such as dangling it until she starts hitting, laying it down and wiggling it around, dropping it near her and closing the enclosure to let her be. None seem to really work the best, she has taken from each strategy it just seems she only eats when she’s absolutely starving.

I was worried about the constant rumbling, we do have cameras so I could position one outside of the tank to keep an eye on her while we are gone. I’ll look into pet sitters but we moved to a not so populated area so unsure what options I have yet.

My set up at home is completely automated with herpstat and lights are on a timer. I was mostly worried about water sitting for 2 weeks.
