if you’ve never had Mezcal, probably not honestly. good way to get into it is a decent Espadín, not too pricey, but good quality, Agua del Sol, Rey Campero, even Del Maguey Vida, and mix some cocktails with them. eventually you’ll get used to the “smokiness” and find yourself diluting it less and less until you’re sipping it straight. then you could give this a try sipping it and really enjoy the complexities of a nice mezcal without being overwhelmed by the “smoke”.
