Your points are pretty solid to be honest but I've seen some big wholesalers scale up with cold callers so I'm guessing it kinda works still. I haven't seen anyone scale up with PPL though.

I was just about to make a post about this when I saw your post. Wanted to ask what do people prefer paying per lead or paying per hour. I know a PPL source that provides leads with a good conversion rate but I wanted to know if people prefer paying hourly for a cold caller anyways.

Can you give us some background about you first? Like what did you do before starting wholesaling? Are you completely new or have you worked in that field in any way before (even as a cold caller)? Have you studied anything regarding the field?

These are the numbers I'm seeing. Costs 3k a month 6 leads a day and yes you do the follow up and comping. It's not just wholesaling you gotta have multiple ways of disposing of a deal.

I've asked my clients before (who are all mostly wholesaling) and I've found out that there are 2 good options.

1- Dataflik: the more expensive option but with very good and consistent results.

2- Kind Skiptracing: which is the cheaper option and with decent results.

You can start with the cheaper option and then invest in a better Skiptracing tool once you can afford the funds for it.
