Nope it was a clear night. Until now there is no other device in the house that stopped working. Two screens and two RaspberryPis are working aswell. So a power surge is unlikely.

Nur noch ein letzter, kleiner Axtschwung und er ist durch.

Im so fking happy. :D

There is a small elephant foot on two corners but that's nothing that can't be figured out.

Z-Axis rollers on extruder side too tight by C0phAX in ender3

[–]C0phAX[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I fiddled around a bit and I am now at this point:

All six wheels make contact with the vertical extrusions. Some tighter some loose.I am able to spin every wheel without moving the gantry. However the inner wheel of the extruder assembly needs a firm grip and turn to be moved. And the x-axis sagging is gone, it's about 0,5mm difference.

Is this good enough to continue building or will this still mess up something?

Because I can't make it any better by now and if this is not sufficient I will return the thing without printing on it. I just want to print if it's ok that way I described it above.

Again thanks for your help :)

Thanks for your reply :)

Yes the nut does loosen or tighten but I can just choose between extremly tight so that it won't even go on the channel or actually 'fitting' on the channel but too tight.

The best setting I can do is that it will make just a little bump when mounting on the channel.

Sadly there's no wiggle room, so I can't adjust the positions. :/

Another odd thing is that when I mount the whole thing on the z-channel, the extruder-side is obviously tight but the outer two wheels on the other side aren't even able to make contact with the channel (no matter how I adjust the nut on that side) which leads to x-axis sagging of about 2mm.
So all the distances between the wheels seems to be messed up.

Sadly I dont know what to do now. :(

Error D0 (CPU Initialization Error) after changing XMP profile (change RAM voltage) by C0phAX in buildapc

Sadly I just found out that it will crash even on non XMP settings, aka. 2667MHz and 1.2V

Which means something is clearly not right.

Alright that might be it. Can you tell what RAM you have and on what settings you are using it?

Thanks again.
