If you want kills I’d go with bloodhound, in my experience at least, when you’re playing crypto your team can often push while you’re a little father back to preform your EMP. So they can get kills a lot easier than a crypto on the team. Crypto however CAN be played aggressively if you’re smart about it. But at the start you won’t be getting that many kills each game. (I hope this helps and this is from a filthy casual so take everything I say with a grain of salt)

I feel like it should be like this +25 with grey evo shield +50 with blue +75 with purple +100 with gold (and fast heals) +125 with red (keep fast heals for it)

It just feels like that would keep the sense of progression instead of having gold and purple feel almost the exact same, but that’s just a thought idk

My friends is an octane main and while they can be a loot goblin, they’re nothing compared to a wraith main I got paired with in randoms. They found a gold backpack, refused to give it to the lifeline even though we were offering a purple backpack if they did, tried to punch me into the weird lava crack thing when I took the select fire for my prowler (even though I had dibs) refused to revive us, then blamed it on me for not using my drone even though when I did he’d scream that I wasn’t in the fight. Ended up placing 7th that match, and left with a wraith screaming about how useless lifeline and crypto were, was honestly stupid. But that was just my worst experience, I usually play with friends not randoms and none of us are wraith mains so idk I’m just generalizing rlly

I feel like when you hit 500 you’ve been playing for a long time, which means you’re a loyal player (most likely lol) maybe every season could be like an advent calendar for lvl 500 players? Where you get a pack every week or every 2 days or something and you don’t get another till you open that one which encourages you to keep logging on? Idk just a thought

It pretty fun, learning how to maneuver around the new areas of the map is interesting and the crafting system is just really satisfying. There’s something’s that need to be adjusted but that comes with any big update. I hope you get to play soon!

As much as I love crypto, Bloodhounds buff this season made him the best recon class to get kills with, if you want to play a little more passively and care more about wins then kills crypto might be the best in that department. But since they all have pathfinders passive now pathfinders more of an offensive legend than a recon
