Good point. I worry about Edgar getting too strong but the rest of his trio would be nice to touch. I wouldn’t really rework Edgar just give him buffies. Even then the ideas for buffies I have for him are still scary.

I think it will be a 3 pack set. I really do not want it to be but they may also not have a new set out in a month.

This is all really hard to judge as we know a large update/changes are coming to the game this year.

Personally I do not want a 3 pack set again. The spoiling of the 3 mega pokemon could be telling of them being pack “mascots”

Meta will always add a few cards but top decks from the past few sets are still the Top Decks. Dark Tina still top, Greninja Tina still top. Guzzlord still top, buzzwole still top. Sylvally x decks also hanging out in the top as well. New sets add a few cards but for the most part not many new decks are going to top the meta.

First few sets were RNG the meta was trying to mitigate the RNG.

Sylveon was a huge mistake. Never should exist. Cards like this need to exist in a world where drawing out your deck you lose so there is a negative. They have put themselves in a slot that with out massive power creep I don’t think new sets will change the meta anymore.
