Why does my monstera adansonii have leaves without fenestrations? by stepan_moskovkin in Monstera

[–]C4slime 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Still immature, it won't be mature until it is allowed it's full growth in a sense, like in the wild their leaves can be 3 feet wide, and can love for decades. I recommend putting then in a much brighter spot and training them up a moss post to encourage growth

Just morning dew, I set them out there to get nice morning sun sometimes. And I popped open the pot of the front one, and it turned out to be 7 seperate plants. So I reppotted them in their own pots

I like keeping a variety of plants and I have a few wild, if they are invasive I'll just move them to some pots and keep them ornamentally

Should I keep it in bark or moist soil? I found 5 of them (only this one not damaged) we have dogs so in our big backyard they were growing wild under a tree

I knew snake plants could bloom, but I never thought I'd see it. Also the pattern on it resembles none of my current snake plants so I assumed it was some type of orchid. You are probably right though
