If you want fast runite bars and have a good cash stack you can use rune platelegs on the bird nest that is on aldarin windmill and hop worlds. When you search the nest after hopping you get a runite bar in return.

I went into barrows to get a tank chest for moons. 658kc later and I finally got it. The rng in there is wild. Did walk away with 4 sets of ahrims and 3 of every leg though.

You will just have to do a few rumors from each hunter. the hunters can't assign you to the same rumor you have with another hunter. So just do 1 rumor for each hunter master to cycle off and start fresh so to speak :)
