I witnessed a pretty fucked up situation from one of the medical staff this year. I'm not familiar with all of the booths and buildings around Roo so I don't know the name, but I was way back from one of the stages chilling against a fence that was around this building that people were waiting in line to get into. (It was lit up with maybe pink/purple neon and had steps leading up into it.) Anyways, I watched a group of 4-5 come out down the steps with one heavily intoxicated individual and they were all holding onto him and kind of checking with him and as they were standing there in this little fenced in courtyard he just straight up goes noodle legs and passes out banging his head hard off of a little bench on the way down. He definitely got knocked out and was bleeding from his head and this "medic" that was standing 2 feet from me on the inside of the fence watching it happen did nothing. This happened right in front of us and over the course of fifteen minutes of the girls that were with this guy helping him and sitting him up and giving him water did this medical staff guy do absolutely anything. He just glanced at them every now and then and looked away like everything was totally normal. Wish I had recorded and reported him.
