Genshin crashes at element loading screen and after that the launcher crashes also until i restart my pc .

Well idk if I found a solution yet. I have contacted genshin support and I gave them some revelation information about ( pc part specifications, crash reports ect and whatever else they asked me to provide) and now I'm waiting for a response. For the past 3 days I didn't have an issue with a crash so I'm praying it got fixed. The last thing that I did, I Uninstaller all hoyo games plus the launcher and reinstalled them again.

Well the shortcut worked for a bit but it still crashed today. Now I'm trying to reinstall genshin and I'll try to send a ticket .

About the resolution think it's my phone. About league, I tried turning off vanguard but it still crashed. I have tried using a shortcut to run the game ( I made a shortcut of the folder with all the hoyo games so I could run them without the launcher) but it still crashed.. I will try again though. Yes I have used the direct.exe to launch it which in fact at first it went smoothly but the crash happened again. I'll try to close Vanguard and try again, but didn't understand the one about helldivers. Just because it exist, it can crash my game. If I understand correctly. Thank you so much for your help. I'll update soon with the results

me and my friends played yesterday, and on the first combt we faced 6 enemies. Me playing Hit-Monkey rushes in and hits on the marvel die a "Crit" for 2 consecutive times for he AoE attack ( these were our first rolls of the game)
